This is a brilliant house to rent for families that may have teenage children

There are 3 separate living areas, a ground floor leisure room with table football, a log fire and plenty of seating for card games or just chatting around the fire. It is also a good party room.

The dining room has a dining table that seats 6 to 8, a three seater leather sofa plus 2 armchairs.

The upper sitting room is perfect for watching television. The wide screen TV can be watched from soft and squashy leather sofas (one 3 seater, one 2 seater) plus a single armchair. There is a good DVD library of family films to watch in the evenings when you feel like relaxing after a hard day's sightseeing or cycling.

Good facilities for a self-catering holiday

There is garden furniture on the large balcony that passes around the first floor of the house. One side of the house where the table, chairs and BBQ are is a sun trap in the afternoon - a really nice place to sit and read or drink a glass of wine. The sunsets are mostly always pretty and you get a good view of the town laid out below before you. In the far distance are views of 'Babia Gora' in the Babio Gorski national park about 30 minutes drive away.

A good self-catering house for 6 walkers

The house is perfect as a base for walkers. The accommodation is of a good standard, often better than most walkers are used to and most appreciate the added comforts. The jacuzzi bath helps ease aches after long walks.

Large driveway that could accommodate up to 5 vehicles

It is not uncommon for groups of friends or 3 couples wish to stay and each couple hiring their own car for independent sightseeing and touring. (A car is recommended for a good holiday).
